Silicon Prime hires people who believe in the mission and own outcomes end-to-end. We build small pods — one accountable lead per engagement, no junior bench — so the people we hire do the work themselves, and teach others to do it well.
We hold a high bar and hire slowly because every person here moves the mission forward. Expect a real take-home, real reference calls, and a real conversation with the founder.

Open roles
Full-time positions across product, engineering, AI, design, and delivery, based at our Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, and New York offices. A select few roles are fully remote.
Own the AI product line end-to-end — discovery, scope, evals, launch, iteration. Work directly with the founder on every flagship engagement.
Design and ship production LLM systems — retrieval, tool use, agents, evaluation harnesses. Strong opinions on context engineering and cost/latency tradeoffs.
Build, evaluate, and version prompts that hold up in production. Own prompt libraries, eval suites, and the playbook that turns model behavior into reliable outcomes.
Architect systems that run inside Fortune 500 environments — VPC deployments, auth, observability, multi-region. Regulated-industry background preferred.
Ship the application layer on top of our AI systems — typed APIs, modern React, real production observability. Comfortable from database to UI.
Own classical ML and small-model territory — training, fine-tuning, distillation, deployment. Help the lab pick the right tool, not just the loudest one.
Design eval suites, red-team production agents, and own the safety case for every system we ship. The work behind our zero-critical-defects guarantee.
Sit between the executive sponsor and the build team. Translate enterprise constraints — security, change management, governance — into shipped systems.
Design enterprise AI interfaces an actual operator can run an actual business on. Strong systems thinking, comfortable in Figma, code-literate.
The accountable lead on a client engagement. One phone call, one signature, end-to-end. Background running enterprise software programs, not agencies.
