Silicon Prime was founded in 2011 inside the Stanford ecosystem in Palo Alto. From the beginning, the company was shaped by a practical research question: why do ambitious software initiatives fail between concept and production? Strong ideas, technical prototypes, and executive mandates often lose momentum when they meet legacy systems, unclear ownership, slow release processes, fragmented teams, and low adoption.
